Download the app

Search "AI Safe Cyber" on the App Store, or tap the Download button on our home page. The app is free to download.

Create your account

Register with your name and email address. You'll receive a confirmation email — just tap the link to verify your account.

Start your first session

Begin with the Amber module — Touch. It takes about five minutes and will introduce you to the Touch Pause Engage method.

Account & Getting Started

Download the AI Safe Cyber app from the App Store, then tap "Get Started" on the welcome screen. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — tap the link inside to verify your account, and you're ready to begin.
First, check your junk or spam folder — confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If it's not there, open the app and tap "Resend confirmation email" on the login screen. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@safecyber.app and we'll sort it out for you.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to choose a new password. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your junk folder or contact our support team.
Yes. You can log into your AI Safe Cyber account on any compatible iPhone. Your progress and session history are stored securely in your account, so everything stays in sync across devices.

Subscriptions & Billing

AI Safe Cyber is free to download. A subscription gives you full access to all training sessions and AI coaching features. Subscriptions are managed through our website — not through Apple's App Store — which means more of your subscription cost goes directly into improving the product rather than platform fees.
The first 500 subscribers receive access for two people at the price of one. This means you can share your subscription with a spouse, family member, or friend. The offer closes automatically once 500 accounts have been created — so if you can see it on the website, it's still available.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on our website. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees. If you need help cancelling, contact us at support@safecyber.app.
This is usually caused by a mismatch between the email address used to subscribe and the one used to log into the app. Try logging in with the email address you used when subscribing. If the issue persists, contact us at support@safecyber.app with your name and the email address you used to subscribe, and we'll resolve it promptly.

Using the App

The colours represent the three steps of the Touch Pause Engage method. Amber (Touch) is about initial contact — noticing something has arrived and exercising caution before you act. Red (Pause) is about critical assessment — verifying what you've received before doing anything. Green (Engage) is about safe action — proceeding with confidence once you've confirmed something is legitimate, or knowing what to do if it's not.
The AI Coach has two parts. After every session, it automatically generates a personalised summary of how you went — what you did well and what to watch next time. You can also open the Chat Coach at any time to describe a suspicious message you've received in real life, and it will guide you through the Touch Pause Engage process to help you decide what to do. It speaks plain English and is never impatient.
Core training sessions are available offline once they've been downloaded to your device. The AI Coach features require an internet connection to work. Your progress will sync automatically the next time you're connected.
Try these steps in order: First, close the app fully and reopen it. Second, check that your iPhone's software is up to date (Settings → General → Software Update). Third, check the App Store for any pending AI Safe Cyber updates. If the problem continues, contact us at support@safecyber.app and tell us your iPhone model and iOS version — we'll investigate.

Privacy & Security

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure Australian cloud infrastructure, and never sold to third parties. We collect only what's necessary to operate the service. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@safecyber.app with the subject line "Delete my account". We will delete your personal data within 30 days and send you a confirmation. This cannot be undone.
